Canada invited a total of 7,002 candidates to apply for permanent residence in the last two Express Entry draws on June 23 and 24.

Ontario’s latest provincial draw took place on June 23, 2021. The province invited immigration candidates who may qualify for Ontario’s Express Entry Human Capital Priorities stream.

Beginning on June 21, 2021, holders of a valid Confirmation of Permanent Residence (COPR) can now travel to Canada, even if it was issued after March 18, 2020.

Canada will be extending its border restrictions to travellers from all countries including the U.S. until July 21, 2021.
