Candidates who successfully created an account under the Mon projet Québec online system, through which applications to immigrate to Canada under the Quebec Skilled Worker Program must be made, may submit an application for a Quebec Selection Certificate/certificat de selection du Québec (CSQ) as of February 16, 2016.

This draw sees a decrease in the number of Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) points required by candidates for Canadian immigration in order to receive an Invitation To Apply (ITA) for Canadian permanent residence.
